Thanks to those who helped Junior Achievement last week with the fundraising activities.

The Rotary River Rally is fast approaching. It’s the 10th annual, and we’ll need your support. Please plan on helping on Friday night 4/17 or Saturday 4/18.

Our annual party at Don Liem’s house is planned for Saturday, 5/2. It will be a Pot-Luck with Monti’s grilling the steaks.

Have you registered for the District Conference yet? The deadline for early registration discounts was extended to this week. It’s going to be in Flagstaff and the Little America, and will be a great get away, as well as an educational experience on Rotary. Details are on the district website.

MAGAZINE MONTH:

If you picked up this month’s Rotary magazine, you read a note from D.K. Lee mentioning it is one of Rotary’s oldest traditions. Its forerunner was first published in January 1911, with Paul Harris himself writing the main essay. You’ll find lots of great content in our magazine. Do take time to read it, and then share it.

Speakers Needed:

See Lou Silverman with ideas for speakers. You can also reach him at 480-491-3216 ext. 25.
